Dr. Edward Hubbard (MA, African American Studies, 1975: BA, African American Studies, 1974) is an international management consultant and president and CEO of Hubbard & Hubbard, Inc., an international human performance-consulting corporation.
Dr. Hubbard has been lauded for his innovative work in the field of diversity and has written over 40 books. He founded the Hubbard Diversity Measurement and Productivity Institute (HDM&P) and the Hubbard Diversity ROI Institute and has aided countless organizations with instituting organizational change and diverse workforce integration.
In 2012, Dr. Hubbard was honored with the Legends of Diversity Award during the International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals Conference in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.
Dr. Hubbard is involved with the International Society for Diversity and Inclusion Professionals (ISDIP), the International Society for Performance and Instruction (ISPI), the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and the Jay Richardson Foundation. In addition, he serves on the editorial boards of the Harvard Business Review, Diversity Executive Magazine and Strategic Diversity & Inclusion Management (SDIM) magazine, and has served on the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) ROI Network Advisory Board.
As a child, Dr. Hubbard dreamed of attending Ohio State and credits his professional accomplishments and continued success to the many faculty and staff at the university who helped him along the way.
